Common questions
Do I have to pay the connection fee?
The connection fee is for future live API activation. Merchant collections are available; hosted checkout and sandbox are still in preparation.
Is the connection fee refundable?
The one-time onboarding charge is non-refundable after live API access has been activated.
When are transaction fees charged?
The payer pays 1% app charge, a withdrawal reserve and the ioTec customer charge. See the API guide for details.
Are there monthly minimums?
No. Billwebb has no monthly minimum or recurring platform fee for these plans.
Does Billwebb support subscriptions?
No. Subscriptions are planned but are not available yet.
What does integration support include?
It can include API integration, checkout UI, provider configuration, testing and a technical handover.
